Meet ginsburg
Ginsburg is a sweet, affectionate, athletic 8-YO, 26-pound Dachshund/Pit Bull mix who was adopted as a rescue in 2020. He loves hiking, exploring nature, going for walks, playing fetch, then curling up on the couch for snuggles and belly rubs. He's wonderful on leash, non-reactive with other dogs, rarely barks and happiest when he's with his people.
Ginsburg's only special need is that he has isolation anxiety. He is completely content when he's with a person or another dog, but he struggles being left completely alone and doesn't do well in a crate. Because of this, he would thrive in a home with another friendly dog and a family whose lifestyle means he rarely has to be alone.
He'd do best in a calm home with 1–2 adults and 1–2 dogs. He's great with children but can become overstimulated in busy, chaotic or high-energy environments. He also has a strong prey drive, so a home without cats or other small animals is best.
He's a perfect angel baby who's very easy to love.
