Meet Lucian — the only boy in the Fuzzy Krew!

Lucian is a happy, friendly little puppy who is ready to start the next chapter of his life. Full of curiosity and puppy charm, he’s always eager to explore, make new friends, and soak up all the love and attention he can get. Whether he’s playing with toys, following you around the house, or curling up for a nap after a day of adventures, Lucian is sure to bring plenty of smiles to his future family.

As the only boy in the Fuzzy Krew, Lucian has four sisters to keep him busy! This adorable group of five puppies is believed to be on the larger side for miniature schnauzer mixes, so their future families should be prepared for them to potentially grow into bigger companions than the typical miniature schnauzer.

Lucian’s journey to Mostly Muttz Rescue began thanks to a series of caring people. He and his four sisters were saved by an independent rescuer who stepped in to get them to safety. Wanting them to have the veterinary care, support, and adoption process that comes with an established rescue, the rescuer searched for a rescue partner. Through a connection made by an animal control officer, the Fuzzy Krew found their way to Mostly Muttz Rescue, where they’re now getting the fresh start they deserve.

Lucian and his sisters are believed to be miniature schnauzer mixes. We do have photos of their mom and dad, which are included in the pictures, but it’s difficult to determine their true size just from photos alone. As with any mixed-breed puppy, their adult size, appearance, and coat type are estimates.

Lucian is available through our foster-to-adopt program. Foster-to-adopt applications will be accepted through August 10, with approved families picking up directly from transport in the Pottstown, PA area on August 16. If he doesn’t have a foster-to-adopt home waiting, he’ll enter foster care and become available for traditional adoption on or after August 30.
