NAME:  Luna BREED:  Terrier/Chihuahua SEX:    female  COLOR:  tan AGE:   est at 1-2 yrs as of July 2026 WEIGHT:  10 lbs LOCATED IN:  Arcadia SOME COOL INFORMATION ABOUT ME: Meet Luna!  Luna is a 1 to 2-year-old scruffy Terrier mix weighing 10 pounds, and she lives life with one speed... Full throttle! With her long legs and lightning-fast feet, Luna was simply born to run. If she could choose her favorite game, it would definitely be Catch Me If You Can! She loves racing around the yard with her dog friends, stretching those long legs, and turning every play session into a joyful adventure. Luna is incredibly social and loves both people and other dogs. Whether she's making new friends at the park or greeting visitors with a wagging tail, Luna is happiest when she's surrounded by fun and companionship. She's also a dog who would truly thrive with another playful canine companion. Having a buddy to chase, wrestle, and zoom around the yard with is right at the top of Lunas wish list. Cats, however, are not part of Lunas dream home. She has decided they're much more interesting to chase than live with, so a feline-free family is the best fit for her. After she's burned off some energy, Luna is more than happy to relax and enjoy time with her people before gearing up for her next adventure. If you're looking for a fun-loving, athletic little dog who will keep you smiling and remind you to enjoy every single day, Luna is ready to race straight into your heart.   If you are interested in adopting please complete our Adoption Application by copying and pasting the following link into your web browser: http://www.caninecastaways.org/adoption-application For a full list of dogs we currently have for adoption use this link:  https://www.caninecastaways.org/adoptable-dogs MEDICAL INFO: The following has been or will be done for this dog... - Basic Exam by Veterinarian - Spayed or Neutered - Heartworm Tested - Placed on heartworm preventive - Basic Bloodwork - Urinalysis - Microchipped - Intestinal Parasite Exam and medication - Vaccinations - Placed on Flea preventive ADOPTION DONATION: $300 This adoption donation helps to cover the vet expenses for this dog including heartworm preventive which is dispensed at the initial vet visit and then goes with the dog at adoption.
