Meet shelby
On 11/30/26, we found a dog sitting on our front porch. After earning her trust, we got her into our garage with food, water, and shelter. We contacted animal control & local police to report her, but no missing dog had been reported. Animal control came the next day to scan for a microchip, she didn’t have one. Shelby is an affectionate dog who loves cuddling, chewing bones, and going for walks. She warms up slowly to new people, but once she feels safe, she is incredibly loving and wants to be right by your side. She lives with our dog and two cats. She is dog-friendly but gets very excited around other dogs. She has a prey drive, so we recommend a home without small pets. She is fully vaccinated and spayed. She knows sit, down, turn, come, and her name. We’ve also been working on place, wait, stay, loose leash walking, e-collar basics, and muzzle training, all of which she’s taken to well. Confidence boosting has been the root of our training. She is crate trained.
