Meet silver (mama)
FOSTERED LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK
ADOPTABLE: Anywhere in the USA after she completes Heartworm Treatment in October 2026.
Silver was found pregnant and starving at a gas station in Cement, OK by a kind stranger who couldn't just walk away. Ten days after being brought home, she had her litter of seven. She's a Treeing Walker Coonhound, spayed and settling into her second chance with her foster family.
Silver's a total goofball with a whole lot of love to give- she's adjusting well, rides great in the car, and has already won over everyone she's met. She's currently being treated for heartworms, and once she's finished treatment, she'll be ready for her forever home.
If you're local to Tulsa, Silver could be adopted now and finish her treatment as part of your family. Otherwise, she'll stay in foster care until she's fully healthy, then be available for adoption anywhere in the country.
