Looking for an adventure buddy who’s equal parts brains, athleticism, cuddles, and hilarious puppy antics? Wes would like to submit his application!
At just 6 months old and approximately 55 pounds, this handsome Shepherd mix is one smart cookie! Wes is bright, funny, busy, playful, and ridiculously quick to figure things out. Seriously, this boy doesn’t miss a beat!
Wes recently moved into a new foster home, and within just a few days, he had the household routine figured out, learned the dinner rules with his canine roommates, and decided that having doggy siblings is pretty awesome! As a matter of fact, Wes would love to have a canine companion in his forever home.
And did we mention he’s smart?
Already has excellent indoor manners & also enjoys time in his crate!
Knows how to sit and responds beautifully to guidance.
Learns new routines incredibly quickly.
Loves playing with other dogs after proper introductions.
Athletic, energetic, and always ready for his next adventure!
If hiking trails, backyard games, and outdoor adventures sound like your kind of fun, Wes is ready to join the team! That said, Wes happily cuddles up next to you when playtime is over. He will never say no to a good cuddle session.

He may need a moment to take everything in, but with patience, reassurance, and proper introductions, his sweet, playful personality shines through.
