Journey is almost 11 with a big heart and surprising energy for a senior. She loves long walks, happily sniffing everything, then relaxing nearby—usually at your feet.I’ve had her since she was 1, and due to housing changes I’m heartbreakingly looking for the forever home she deserves.She is house-trained, knows basic commands, and thrives on routine. Journey forms deep bonds with her people and is incredibly loyal once she feels safe.She needs slow introductions with other pets and people. She has lived successfully with dogs, cats, and kids after having time to adjust. On walks she can be reactive to other dogs, so she’d do best with someone experienced or willing to continue her training. She has never bitten anyone.If you’re patient and kind, Journey will reward you with unwavering loyalty, quiet companionship, and so much love.
