Meet Marshmallow!
He’s only been with us a little over a week, but it already feels like he’s always belonged here. On day one, he took a bath, enjoyed treats, played with his new dog friends, and settled in like he’d been waiting for this life.
Marshmallow gives actual hugs, thinks he’s a lap dog, and has the gentlest soul. His little wiggle-butt-boot-scootin’ around the house keeps us laughing, and he’s been the sweetest big brother to our other foster puppy and our resident dog.
What amazes me most is his temperament—no guarding, no reactivity, no barking. Just calm, easygoing, and grateful. That night, he curled up beside me and slept so peacefully it melted my heart.
It makes me sad that a dog this wonderful dog has waited so long for a family of his own. If I could keep him, I would in a heartbeat. Whoever adopts Marshmallow isn’t just getting a good dog—they’re getting one of the very best!
