darling dixie lee

This absolutely beautiful, tender, loving baby girl is Dixie Lee! This girl came into the dog pound at only about 8 weeks old, along with her sweet mama! She was instantly so wonderfully sweet and just had a more gentle and submissive way about her, everyone that worked and volunteered there developed such a soft spot for the two of them, especially Miss Dixie Lee! Lucky for this girl, a wonderful foster home was quick to scoop her up and bring her home to ensure she was raised with lots of love while she got ready to find her forever home!
Dixie Lee is now 15 weeks old, and has just had her medical work completed! She is now current on vaccines, deworming, and preventative as well as being microchipped and spayed! She’s gotten a clean bill of health and this girl is absolutely thriving!! Her mama is a thicker, lower to the ground body style which we expect at maturity she will be as well. Shes doing amazing and is now officially ready to find love!
This angel of a pup really has such a wonderful way about her. She is doing so very well in foster care and is so phenomenal with all animals. She is submissive in her relationship with other animals and follows the cues of other dogs, always looking to make friends! She absolutely loves playing with other pups and her dream is to find a forever home where there is another dog to be her buddy, show her all the ropes, and run and play together! She has been raised with cats and is fantastic with them as well, she respects their cues and is always great with them. She’s doing an excellent job with house training as well! She reliably goes to the bathroom outside and is such an easy puppy to fall in love with. She loves to snuggle up in and sofa and in bed, and longs to be someone’s baby! Her perfect home will have a dog friend and humans that are snuggly and loving! She would also love a yard and toys to play with.
