Meet everest
Everest is a 9 year old neutered male toy poodle who weighs 7.5 pounds. He was surrendered to our care when his elderly owner had no one to care for them and she was afraid of them having nowhere to go if something happened to her. Our hearts break for these pups because she definitely loved them, but they were outside dogs that have never known a nice home or soft bed. At his vet visit, it was noted that he had a previously fractured jaw and he will need a soft food diet for the rest of life. Everest is a happy, love bug who loves living inside now and he has tested well with other dogs.
