Angus Young is a 2-year-old Maltipoo with the sweetest personality and so much love to give.

He came to Shelter Hope after being surrendered alongside his brother, who has since found his forever home. Now, it’s Angus’ turn!

Angus is truly one of those dogs who makes life better just by being in it. He is incredibly friendly, affectionate, and happiest when he is close to his people. He loves walks, exploring new places, enjoying treats, and soaking up attention, but his favorite thing of all is curling up in a lap for cuddles. He's always eager to make people smile.

Angus is also smart and food motivated too!. He has a happy, easygoing personality that makes him a joy to be around, and he quickly becomes everyone’s little best friend.

Angus also has a playful, bouncy side and can jump surprisingly high, so he would do best in a home with a tall, secure fence where he can safely enjoy his adventures.

After watching his brother get adopted, we know there is someone out there who will absolutely adore this special little dog. Angus is loyal, loving, endlessly sweet, and ready to be someone’s perfect companion for years to come.

Vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, Angus is more than ready to find a family of his own!

Shelter Hope is operating by appointment only. We are located at the Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Please keep in mind:
- Adoptions can move quickly, so be ready for our call.
- Only apply for dogs everyone in your home wants.
- Wait to apply until after your vacation.
- Due to high demand, not all applicants will be contacted.
