Bugsy's story before coming into rescue is a mystery, as he was found as a stray. What we do know is that he's an incredibly sweet, affectionate boy who loves being close to his people.
Bugsy gets along well with other dogs, although he can be a little possessive of his favorite humans. He's never aggressive, but he does prefer having his people all to himself when he can.
This laid-back guy enjoys taking life at his own pace. His daily walks are short and leisurely, so he gets to enjoy them one-on-one since he can't keep up with the other dogs. While Bugsy may be a slow mover, he comes to life when it's time to play fetch! He loves chasing his ball and happily entertains himself with a variety of toys throughout the day.
When he's not playing, Bugsy is a champion napper. You'll often find him snoozing in a cozy spot around the house, and don't be surprised if you hear his loud, endearing snores while he sleeps!
Bugsy is both potty trained and crate trained, though he'd much rather not spend time in a crate. He's proven to be trustworthy when left free to roam the house during the day and is perfectly content curling up in a dog bed for a good night's sleep.
