Meet bogey
Bogey is a 2 year old petite terrier mix who’s still adjusting to shelter life. New environments can be overwhelming for him, but with patience and gentle encouragement, his sweet personality quickly begins to shine. He enjoys leisurely walks where he can sniff to his heart’s content and often checks in with his handler along the way. Bogey already knows “sit,” walks nicely after settling in, and may even be housebroken. While he can be timid at first, he gradually warms up, leaning in for butt and neck scratches once he feels safe.Squeaky toys definitely caught his attention, earning an adorable little hop and play bow before his nerves took over. We think his playful side will blossom as his confidence grows. Bogey is looking for a patient home with teens and older that will give him the time and reassurance he needs to truly come out of his shell.
