Meet luna
Luna is the kind of dog people cross the room to meet. She is a Catahoula mix, about a year old and roughly 40 pounds, with a gray and white merle coat, a freckled pink nose, and pale blue eyes that photographs do not do justice. She greets everyone with a full body wag and a giant grin like she knows exactly how pretty she is.
Luna loves other dogs and would be delighted to join a home with a friendly canine sibling to play with. She is young, social, full of happy energy, and already house trained. Like many dogs her age she is still learning her manners, and she can get jumpy and mouthy when excitement takes over. For that reason she is looking for a home without small children while she works on her skills. She is smart and people focused, so an adopter who offers consistency, exercise, and positive reinforcement will see fast progress from this eager girl.
