Meet leo
I am looking to rehome my dog, Leo, due to an upcoming move. I adopted him 3 years ago from a shelter, and he is currently 4 years old. Since his adoption, Leo has lived with me in a very small apartment. I am looking for in a potential home where he has more space and someone who is attentive, patient, and active.I would describe Leo in a few different ways. First, he is very joyful and silly. He is also energetic in short bursts, but tires out easily, like a sprinter rather than a long distance runner. He does need sufficient time outside to get some of the zoomies out. After that, he can relax easier inside. Leo also loves playing fetch, tug of war, and chase. While playful, Leo sometimes forgets how big he is, so I have had to be careful with where he plays and with whom. Finally, he does have some separation anxiety, and would do well with someone with more at home time. He can also get anxious and defensive during leash greetings, and does better with dogs in open spaces.
