Meet this sweet little Chihuahua girl, whose world changed far too soon.

For the first year of her life, she was the beloved companion of an elderly woman, spending her days safely indoors, loved and cared for. When her owner had to move into a nursing home, this tiny girl lost the only home she had ever known. For about a month afterward, she lived in a crate in a garage while waiting for someone to be able to take her in. She just celebrated her very first birthday in a foster home.
Because of her sheltered beginning, she never had the chance to learn many of the things most puppies experience. She's been discovering the world from the very beginning—learning how to walk on a leash, understanding house training, meeting new people, and building confidence one small step at a time. She has come so far in such a short time!
Despite everything she's been through, she has a gentle heart and a willingness to trust. Every day she becomes a little braver, a little more curious, and a little more confident. Watching her discover toys, enjoy walks, and experience the simple joys of being a dog has been incredibly rewarding. She absolutely adores her toys and playtime!
