Meet karma
For family reasons, a friend had to leave the country and could not take her 10-year-old female German Shepherd.Several of her friends have been housing the dog so it would not end up in a city shelter. Nevertheless, the dog has been moved around three times in the last month and a half. Presently, the dog is in Queens, New York, with a third friend who cannot continue to house the dog in her small apartment.Therefore, we are seeking help finding a stable home for the dog. We do not want to take it to a shelter where the dog will not adjust well and might be euthanized because of its age.The dog, named Karma, is a sweet, 100-pound, healthy dog with all her vaccinations. Kara is a good dog who seldom barks but can be overprotective of whoever is caring for her at the moment. She will fare well in a household where she is the only dominant dog; however, she gets along well with small dogs and cats. ( Her best friend was a cat for many years.)We'll travel to bring Karma to a good home.
