Hi there! My name is Keno, and I'm a goofy, lovable guy who loves spending time with my humans. If we meet for the first time, I might be a little shy because strangers can make me nervous. I do best with slow introductions, especially since fast movements from people I don't know can startle me. Once I know you're safe, though, get ready—I become your biggest fan! I'll happily shower you with hugs, kisses, and snuggles, and I'd love nothing more than curling up beside you or sleeping by your side.
One of my favorite things to do is go for walks and follow every interesting scent I can find. Deer, cats, squirrels—you name it, I want to know where they've been! Because of my strong prey drive, I'll need someone who can keep me safely on leash during our adventures. At home, I love chew toys and stuffed Kongs, and I'm always ready to make you laugh with my silly personality. I even like racing my foster dad to the bed so I can steal his spot first. It's one of my favorite games!
I'm a smart boy who already knows some basic commands and enjoys learning new things. I'm still working on my potty training, and I can be pretty vocal if I'm left in my crate, but with patience and consistency, I keep making progress. I also have a habit of playfully using my paws when I'm excited, though we're working on redirecting that into better manners.
