Meet Nikki! Nikki is a 6-year-old, 35-pound mixed breed dog with lots of love to give and energy to match!

Nikki is a very enthusiastic greeter who loves to give tons of hugs and kisses, super playful with her toys and loves to tussle with her humans. With one ear always on high alert, she’s always ready for adventure and a long walk. She's very playful and loves to be the center of attention. She's highly food motivated and will perform all her best tricks for a few strawberries.

Some of her favorite things include people, toys and long walks. Nikki is dog and children friendly. Currently a 2-year-old human is her best friend and she couldn't be gentler with him. She's fully house trained and leash trained but can get a little excited when out for a long stroll. With a little tug, she's loyally right back at your side.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
