If you've been dreaming of a big, beautiful Black Lab, Zena just might be your perfect match! This gorgeous girl weighs in at an impressive 110 pounds and has an even bigger heart to match.

Zena is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves being around her people. She simply doesn't realize how large she is, so she'll do best with a family that can confidently handle and continue training such a big girl. Because of her size and enthusiasm, we recommend a home without toddlers or anyone who could be easily knocked over.

One of Zenas favorite things is going for car rides! She's always happy to load up and accompany you on errands, adventures, or weekend outings.

Zena is looking for an active family that will include her in everyday life—not leave her in the backyard. She wants to be where her people are, whether that's going for walks, relaxing at your feet, or riding along with you wherever life takes you. With consistency, love, and continued training, Zena is going to make an incredibly loyal companion.

If you're looking for a slightly smaller Lab, be sure to ask about her sister Zoey, who is also available for adoption and weighs about 85 pounds.

Having a feline friend can be incredibly beneficial for their social and emotional well-being, providing comfort and support throughout their lives.

All pets are microchipped, and the registration fee paid for lifetime.

Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.

The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.

NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.

If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
