Lionel is a handsome, 26lb French Bulldog with a heart as big as his adorable smile. This resilient guy has already overcome one major challenge in life after recovering from a back injury. The good news? He didn't need surgery—just steroids, lots of rest, and time to literally get his legs back. Today, Lionel is back to doing what he loves most: running, playing, and enjoying every day to the fullest.

Lionel is incredibly sweet and has never met a stranger. He gets along wonderfully with everyone—kids, dogs, cats, you name it. His easygoing, friendly nature makes him a fantastic companion for just about any home. He's housebroken as long as he's kept on a regular potty schedule. Lionel is also a true gentleman with his toys, happily sharing them with his canine friends instead of guarding them.
