The good news? He didn't need surgery—just steroids, lots of rest, and time to literally get his legs back. Today, Lionel is back to doing what he loves most: running, playing, and enjoying every day to the fullest.
Lionel is incredibly sweet and has never met a stranger. He gets along wonderfully with everyone—kids, dogs, cats, you name it. His easygoing, friendly nature makes him a fantastic companion for just about any home. He's housebroken as long as he's kept on a regular potty schedule. Lionel is also a true gentleman with his toys, happily sharing them with his canine friends instead of guarding them.
