Sweet Sue is a well-behaved, loving, go-with-the flow kinda gal! Sue is politely playful with the large and small breed dogs she is currently living with. She has lived with a cat, but has became interested in chasing! She really enjoys the company of other dogs and would do best with another playful dog in the home. She has been friendly with the people she has met, but can be a little hesitant when meeting new people and in new situations. Once she is comfortable she wants all the pets and love. She does well in a crate and is comfortable being left alone for 3-4 hours at a time. She has been left uncrated without destruction. Sue also enjoys a car ride, and is working on her leash skills. She prefers home life to hanging at the local coffee shop.   Sue is described as gentle, affectionate, playful, and quiet. She likes to play with toys, and also likes to cuddle up for some laptime. She keeps her crate clean and has not had any accidents. She is a smart, gentle, sweet, and playful once in a comfortable environment.  Sue's background: This sweet mama was found in the country with her pup, Della. To us, it seems that she lived in a home before as she has good house "manners". Sue is now ready for her turn at her furever home and her own forever family.  Medical Note:  This dog has tested positive for exposure to ehrlichia.
