Scotty "Kairo" is a handsome 2½-year-old
white Schnauzer mix with a heart that's every bit as beautiful as his fluffy coat. This sweet, gentle boy found himself at Camo Rescue through no fault of his own—his family loved him dearly but had to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender him because of severe allergies.

Despite this unexpected change, Kairo has remained the kind, loving dog everyone hopes to find. He's affectionate, well-mannered, and happiest when he's spending time with his people. His calm, gentle nature makes him an easy companion and a wonderful addition to just about any family.

Kairo truly is the complete package! He's house-trained, leash-trained, and gets along well with other dogs, making the transition into his forever home that much easier.

Now all Kairo needs is a family that will love him forever and never let him wonder where he belongs again. After losing the home he knew, he deserves a second chance with someone who will cherish him for the incredible dog he is.

Adoption fee is: $400

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
