Shadow is a loyal, loving 3-year-old boy looking for the right forever home. He forms strong bonds with his people and is very devoted to the humans he trusts.
He can be cautious when meeting new people and will need a little time and patience to adjust, but once he gets to know you, he's incredibly affectionate and protective of his family.
He **does not get along well with other dogs**, so he needs to be the only dog in the home. He would do best in a **quiet home with no children and few people**, where he can feel secure and build trust at his own pace. Because of his protective nature, an experienced owner who understands dogs that need slower introductions and a calm, structured environment would be the best fit.
This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and we're committed to finding him a home where he'll be safe, understood, and loved. He has so much love and loyalty to give the right person.
