Meet Dixie! Dixie is a 1.5-year-old Border Collie/Heeler mix with the cutest perky ears, soulful eyes, and an expression that somehow manages to be both serious and ridiculously endearing at the same time. She has a unique look that makes you stop and stareand then instantly smile.
