Fester is a much loved sweetheart who loves to play and snuggle. He gets along with other dogs and cats. Only up for adoption due to relocation with pet restrictions. Loves walks and exploring outside. Can be very rambunctious so older cats don't always appreciate him. I have older dogs who need medical attention so I'm keeping them. Fester sometimes needs to adjust to new people but often is comfortable right away.
