⚓ All Aboard! Meet First Mate Aleks! ⚓
Every great yacht needs a steady first mate, and Aleks is ready to find the crew he's been waiting for! This 2-year-old, 60-pound Pit Bull mix may seem a little cautious when you first come aboard, but give him a little time and you'll discover a sweet dog who's ready to chart a new course.
Aleks is undersocialized, so new people and situations can feel like rough seas. He can be a bit dodgy at first, but with patience, kindness, and a calm environment, his confidence starts to come ashore.
Because he's looking for the right crew, we recommend a home with older, calmer kids, 10 years and older, and everyone in the household should meet Aleks before adoption to make sure it's a perfect fit.
Before setting sail for his forever home, Aleks will be neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. So if you're ready to captain a journey filled with patience, trust, and plenty of happy moments, Aleks is ready to come aboard and become your most loyal crewmate! 🛥️🐾
