Sebastian is a ball of energy (or anxiety it's hard to say) that's ready to find someone to give him all the love and attention he needs! His energy levels are definitely comparable to a puppy and he's still learning manners like what is and isn't appropriate to mouth on when he's excited, but his vocal personality will really win you over. He recently discovered what the term "lap dog" means and he's already a professional at it! He loves hanging out with people and will rub his little head into your body while getting loved on, but since he's still working on his manners small kiddos might be a little overwhelmed by him.
