max

Max is a 5.5 year old dog about 30 lbs fully grown. He is great with other dogs and is socialized through dog parks and past fostering in our home. He is great with children and completely comfortable with toddler and baby ages as well. He loves to be outside and needs either an active family who will take him out frequently for walks or hikes or a home with a yard for him to explore. His mom was trained as a hunting dog but he has lived as a house dog. He is quite active and would love to play chase or tug of war all day long. He is completely house trained and does amazing in cars. He has taken 8 hour road trips at least 4 times every year. He is incredibly sweet and loves to have his neck scratched. We would love to keep him but live in a small apartment and cannot give him the life of activity outside that he wants and needs.
