Meet Buddy, a 2-year-old Terrier mix looking for his forever home!
Buddy is a sweet, lovable little guy who's settling into foster care nicely and showing everyone what a wonderful companion he can be. He absolutely loves spending time outdoors, whether he's running around the yard, exploring, or simply enjoying the fresh air.
Buddy is especially fond of the ladies and is always happy to make new friends—although the resident female dogs are still teaching him to respect their personal space!
He's doing wonderfully with his crate training. After crying a bit on his first night, Buddy quickly adjusted and now sleeps quietly through the night without a peep. He may still whine for a few minutes if he's crated while he knows you're home and busy, but he settles down nicely.
Buddy is a very sweet, affectionate little boy who would likely thrive in a home where someone is around more often, though he's continuing to gain confidence every day. If you're looking for a loving companion with a playful spirit and a heart of gold, Buddy could be the perfect addition to your family.

We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
