In the care center, Shimmer has displayed high arousal, including hard pulling and leash biting making it difficult to walk her safely at times. Most recently, while playing in the yard, Shimmer became increasingly aroused and redirected onto the handler, jumping up, air snapping, and repeatedly snapping toward their feet and legs while leash biting as well. Outside of these moments of peaked arousal, Shimmer is social with handlers, enjoys toys and play, takes treats gently, and is easily leashed and returned to her kennel.
