Meet rowder
This is Rowder!
He is an absolute sweetheart. He came from a home who loved him but due to housing and financial difficulties he was given up to animal control. Poor Rowder was very emotionally shutdown there, so he is being fostered by me.
Pretty much within moments of entering my home he started coming out of his shell. He is a sweetheart and LOVES dogs of all sizes. He would do great with a doggie sibling or with someone who would take him to socialize.
He has done well with potty training too. He is available through Perry County animal control. Adoption fee covers neuter, vaccines, microchip, and flea/tick meds.
