Meet teddy
Teddy is an 8-year-old Lab mix looking for a loving home through no fault of his own. His owner, my dad, suffered a massive stroke and is no longer able to care for him. This has been a heartbreaking decision for our family, but we want Teddy to have the life he deserves.
Teddy is a mature, affectionate dog who loves being with people. His trainer describes him as friendly, eager to learn, and happiest working alongside his person. He recently completed professional training, where he learned loose-leash walking, sit, stay, down, recall, place, crate training, polite greetings, confidence-building, and socialization with other dogs. He has done wonderfully in training and continues to impress us every day.
Teddy would thrive with a family who will include him in everyday life, enjoy walks and adventures, and give him the love and companionship he's always known.
