Though she had a rough start to life being found outside, she is now a stellar citizen who has been professionally obedience trained! She walks beautifully on a leash and thrives during structured training sessions. Her absolute favorite thing is her human family—and because she wants all your affection for herself, she needs to be the only pet in her new home. In return, she will look at you with all the love in the world, and her greatest reward is cuddling up next to you on the bed at night. She is a great mix of playful and relaxed; she loves running outside, but is equally happy just lounging around. She is highly food-motivated, eager to please, and loves working for treats. Magenta is naturally drawn to women and will confidently alert you to visitors with her impressive Heeler/Shepherd bark, making her the perfect balance of a highly-trained protector and total cuddle bug.
