harper

My name is Harper, and I’m a 6-month-old Harper mix with a heart as big as my puppy paws.Even though I’m just a baby, I’ve already had a bit of a rough start. My owner could no longer care for me and brought me to a municipal shelter. Thankfully, I didn’t have to stay there long— I was rescued by ARNO Animal Rescue New Orleans and given a fresh chance at the happy life I’ve been waiting for.Now I’m safe, and I’m showing everyone who I really am: a sweet, playful, and affectionate little girl. I love toys of all kinds, I enjoy romping and playing with other dogs, and when I’m done playing, I’m all about cuddles and soaking up love.I’m still young, so I’m learning as I go, but I’m eager, friendly, and ready to grow up in a home where I can feel secure, loved, and included. With a little patience and a lot of affection, I’m going to make someone a very loyal best friend. If you’re looking for a happy, playful pup who’s ready to start fresh and blossom beside you, I might just be your girl, Harper. 🐾________________________________________________If you would like to meet one of our adoptables or learn more about them, please submit an application at https://animalrescueneworleans.org/adoptfoster/.**Note: Our shelter is open by scheduled appointment only after your application is approved.
