Meet iggy
Iggy is a gentle young girl with a tail almost as long as the rest of her, and it happily swishes whenever she's with her favorite people. The shelter can feel overwhelming, but her sweet personality shines through in quiet ways. She already knows "sit," takes treats with impeccable manners and will stand up for a soft hug. Rather than chasing toys, Iggy prefers staying close to her person. She'd benefit from confidence-building through positive training and friendly dog interactions. In playgroups, she started off watching from the sidelines before bravely joining a mixed group of young dogs, happily trotting around the yard and even showing off a few playful bounces. It's been wonderful watching her confidence grow, and she's ready for a family to help her keep blossoming.She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time.
