Meet puppy ruthann

There are seasons in life when a puppy can change everything.   They bring laughter into quiet homes, create lasting family memories, and fill our hearts with unconditional love. Little Ruthann is one of those special puppies.   Born around March 15th to a Doodle mom and what we believe was an Australian Shepherd mix dad, Ruthann is uniquely beautiful. While some of her littermates inherited the classic Doodle look, Ruthann has adorable fluffy ears, a softer, shorter coat, and a sweet expression that melts hearts.   More than anything, Ruthann is a gentle soul.   She simply wants to feel safe, loved, and cherished. She is a sensitive little girl who is learning that the world can be a kind place. Every day her confidence grows, and with the right family, she will absolutely blossom into an incredible companion.   Ruthann loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a confident canine friend who can help show her that new experiences aren’t so scary. She hasn’t had much exposure to large groups of people yet, but we’re helping her build confidence with leash walks, outings, and positive experiences. She wants to learn—she just needs someone patient enough to show her the way.   She is crate trained and doing wonderfully with her house-training. Like any young puppy, she is still learning, and most puppies aren’t completely reliable until they’re over six months old. With consistency and encouragement, she’s eager to please and catches on quickly.   At just 12 weeks old, Ruthann weighs about 13 pounds and is expected to mature around 40 pounds. She’ll likely have a soft, semi-long black coat that will be just as beautiful as her sweet personality.   Some dogs are full of excitement. Others are full of peace.   Ruthann is that quiet, steady presence who will gently weave herself into your heart and become the loyal best friend you never knew you needed. She has so much love to give to the family willing to help her grow into the confident, happy dog she’s meant to be.   If you think Ruthann might be the missing piece in your family, please email ccrtennessee@gmail.com to learn more about giving this precious girl the forever home she deserves.         PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJune 23, 2026, 5:01 pm
