Reason for re-homing: I expected a 15-lb (max.) Chihuahua mix, but DNA indicates a larger, high-energy mix (est. ~36 lbs; adult weight) that I cannot safely manage. Seeking a stable, vetted home environment.Pet Profile:Age/DOB: 17 wks (DOB: ~02/28/2026) | Current Weight: ~18 lbsBreed (Embark DNA): 51% Am. Pitbull Terrier (purebred father) | 39% Shih Tzu + 10% Boxer (mother)Routine & Temperament: Typical puppy... high-energy when active... clam & quiet otherwise. Doing well on a structured two-crate housebreaking routine. Cat-compatible (currently lives with a cat).Medical Status:Vaccines/Preventatives: Fully vaccinated (including his rabies shot). Already on heart-worm/flea/tick preventative tablets. (good thru July 31st )Health Notes: Has an asymptomatic, minor umbilical hernia to be repaired during his future neuter (~26 wks).
