Meet remy
Remy was my oldest son's dog. I was to temporarily housing him until my son got settled but his wife found out she was pregnant and her allergy to pet dander has gotten worse so they can no longer take Remy back.
He is 5-6 yrs old. He is a mild mannered dog very loving. Listens, quiet and very smart. Only problem I have is that he thinks he is the Alpha and does not like my male dog. My dog is very submissive (a dummy, who is happy go lucky) so he just lets Remy do as Remy wants. Taking food, always needing to be first (outside, for treats, to be fed, to be pet, for toys, etc.) He hasn't been aggressive but I believe that is because my male has never been aggressive towards Remy. If another male were to display aggression towards Remy, he would probably react aggressively back.
I have had no issues with Remy and my female dog. They get along, he doesn't steal anything she has.
A home with only female dogs or no other dogs, or someone who has more time to work with him.
