With his kind eyes, happy smile, and gentle personality, Riley is the kind of dog who's impossible not to love.
This handsome senior gentleman still has plenty of adventure left in him! Riley loves going for walks, exploring new places, and spending time with his favorite people. He also enjoys the company of other dogs and has made several canine friends during his time at Baypath. Whether he's out on a trail or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, Riley is happiest when he's spending time with those he loves.
Riley recently enjoyed a field trip to Ashland State Park and Lowe's, where he happily explored the trails, greeted new people, and soaked up all the attention he could get. He rides beautifully in the car, settles in easily, and approaches new experiences with curiosity and confidence. His volunteer described him as ready to "check out the world"—and that's Riley in a nutshell!
Riley already knows "sit" and "paw," loves earning treats, and is always eager to learn something new. He's friendly, food motivated, and would make a wonderful walking buddy, errand companion, or couch-side snuggle partner after a day of adventure.
