Hi, I'm a handsome black German Shepherd/Lab mix with lots of energy and an even bigger heart! I love to play, go on adventures, and spend time with my people. I'm great with kids and enjoy being part of an active family.I'm loyal, affectionate, and form strong bonds with the people I love. Because of that, I can struggle with separation anxiety when left alone for long periods. My current family has a child with special needs who requires frequent appointments and care outside the home. Unfortunately, this often means I'm home alone longer than is ideal, so they've made the difficult decision to find me a home that can better meet my needs.With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement training, I have the potential to make great progress. I'm looking for a loving family that can give me the time, attention, and companionship I thrive on.
