Meet petra
Petra is a 1.5‑year‑old female, born October 30, 2024, and is a loving mix of German Shorthaired Pointer and Pit Bull, weighing about 50 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations except for an upcoming rabies booster. Petra has lived with me since she was just eight weeks old, and in that time she has grown into a playful, cuddly, and high‑energy companion. She knows her basic commands—sit, stay, settle, and is still working on come and heel—and she loves to “talk” when she’s excited. She loves car rides, and I mean LOVES! She did not grow up around kids so introduce carefully. Petra barks loudly during play and when new people come to the door, and she can be vocal toward other dogs while on leash. She pulls a bit strong on walks and would benefit from continued training with someone who enjoys working with an energetic, eager dog. Energy levels are fairly high, so walks and runs are great for her. She attends Bergen Bark doggy daycare. She's very fun!
