Meet junior
Junior is a male Yorkie/Pomeranian mix, about 7 months old, and is looking for foster or foster to adopt home, where he can receive support and help with housetraining and learning that the world can be a safe and fun place. This cutie was recently surrendered to the animal shelter, along with his brother Bradley, as their owner is no longer able to care for them. Junior is neutered and current on vaccinations.
Bradley and his brother Junior get along, although they do have their moments of when they both want the same toy.
They do not have to be fostered or adopted together. However, we would like them to go to homes with other dogs of comparable sizes (approx. 20 to 30lbs, give or take) as we feel they would benefit from a friend to help them gain confidence and adjust to their new lives. Junior lived with a cat in his previous home but has not lived with or been around young children and we don't necessarily think he's ready for a home with young children, as he is still a bit shy and timid at times.
We will provide support and guidance to help these kiddos adjust and thrive.
