Meet Cookie!

Cookie is a beautiful 2-year-old black-and-white girl with a gentle soul and a heart full of love . She can be a little shy and nervous when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet personality really shines through.

This affectionate girl doesn't want much, just a warm lap to curl up in and someone to shower with love . Cookie is happiest when she's close to her people, soaking up cuddles and enjoying quiet companionship.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who will reward your patience with endless affection, Cookie may be the perfect fit. Give this sweet girl a chance, and she'll gladly make herself right at home in your lap and in your heart .

The adoption fee is $350 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. 

We're open from 12-4 PM Tuesday - Saturday! Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days.

Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet. If it goes well, you can take your new best friend home on the meet and greet day!

If you have other dogs in your home, they must all meet the potential adoptee.  

***Please note that animals in foster homes cannot be viewed at our rescue, and appointments are still required to meet them.
