Meet frank
Meet Frank! He is a 4yr old neutered male American Pitbull mix that weighs 69lbs. He came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 6/3 as a stray. He is a very handsome boy and definitely has a zest for life. He loves to explore the play yard and take in all the smells. Frank can walk a bit strongly on a leash, yet I know with a bit more training he will do well. He knows the sit command and takes treats gently. He loves treats and can sometimes be pushy when he wants more. Reminding him to sit and not jump for more helps him stay on task. He enjoys being petted too. Walking past the other dogs barking at him, he showed no interest. We do ask tho if you have another dog in the home to please ask the shelter for a dog test. Frank would need to have a secured yard to play in, then come back inside where he has his own dog bed and able to spend time with his favorite family companions.
