Meet delilah
We adopted Delilah in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. We knew we wanted to have children one day but we were struggling to get pregnant and weren’t sure if we would ever be able to have a baby of our own. Delilah was a stray and so she came to us with lots of anxiety. She was pretty much afraid of everything at first, but slowly she grew more comfortable with us. After 4 years of trying we finally found out I was pregnant with our daughter. We knew adjusting to life with a newborn would be difficult for Delilah so we hired a dog trainer and put her on anxiety medication. As time went on, new behaviors started to appear like incessant licking, barking, and chewing baby toys. Now that our baby is crawling and starting to walk, Delilah spends most of her time in her crate. We feel like this is not the life she deserves and so we have come to the difficult decision to find her another home where she can feel calm and safe always.We will include crate, bed, bowls, leash, collar, & toys
