Denny came to the shelter as a stray and what we know so far since he has been with his foster is that he can be a little feisty with cats selectively, seems good with other dogs, is a total snuggler, and loves to sleep with you! We also knew he needed a dental when he came to us and had that tackled in July so he's all good! He was also groomed since he came to us and is lookin sharp now and is ready to go!  We have discovered that he doesn't like to be picked up and will tell you that and make that very clear so an adopted would need to know that going in. It doesn't mean he doesn't like to snuggle anymore, that is definitely not the case, his fosters have learned that he just doesn't like to be picked up. He is also the one that will end up finding out how to get up on your kitchen counter so even though he's 8 years old...this guy has young pup energy!September 3, 2026, 12:07 pm
