Meet rockwell (rocky)
Rocky is a sweet dog that we acquired when he was a puppy. He currently has a companion (German Shorthair Pointer, female), they are almost inseparable…very compatible friends. We have fostered over 9 puppies and dogs and Rocky got along very well with them.Rocky needs someone that gives a lot of attention, is home a lot and is love and caring. He is very smart and whimsical. He greets you at the door with a toy or socks he stole out of the clean laundry basket. He loves to play and absolutely loves his toys. He never turns down a treat.Rocky needs someone mature, that is home often. He gets anxious when he is alone. And gets scared when there are storms passing through.Rocky is very loyal. As a herder, he wants a job to do. It gives him purpose. If out in the yard, he will literally follow you everywhere. Behind the fence, he can be talkative and seemingly an alpha defending his space. Outside the fence and with other people , he is very docile. When inside, he will lay at your feet.
