Meet chancellor
Chancellor is a small Corgi/Pomeranian mix who is neutered and microchipped. Who loves giving kisses and flipping his toys around. He can be playful or just very chill next to you. He trusts my son and me; we can pick him up, handle him anywhere, and handle his food or toys with zero issues or resource guarding. However, he is hyper-vigilant and reactive toward outsiders. He barks excessively at anyone he sees, and will snap if a stranger tries to pick him up or touch him before trust is established. He also gets easily overstimulated by young children and prefers to avoid large dogs. He was previously in a respite program and it was noted that he was struggling to adjust with new people trying to adjust his collar or harness and trying to clip leashes on him and he snapped at them. I am looking for an experienced adult-only and single-pet home or someone specialized that understands fear-reactivity. I want to ensure he goes to a someone who is equipped to handle his needs and behavior
