You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Mia is what is called a "Daisy Dog", a designer breed. "Daisy Dogs" were bred in the 1960's from a Poodle, Shih Tzu, and Bichon to create the 'perfect' dog. Mia is a sweet 9-year-old "Daisy" dog. She is very affectionate and gentle. Mia is UTD on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The microchip is transferred to the adopter once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a one-time $15 microchip enrollment fee. Microchips are enrolled with AKC Reunite.
